March 2020 Turks and Caicos Resorts Update

Despite these globally trying times, we would like to take this opportunity to advise you that your home at Rock House continues to progress and the vision is being kept alive with construction advancing aggressively.

You will see from the attached video that progress on the Oceanfront and Ridge Cottages have now advanced considerably while the scale of our iconic resort pool now becomes evident. This important amenity will soon take its place as the largest pool in Turks and Caicos providing our owners and guests with breathtaking views over the north shore and on top of our dramatic limestone cliff. Next to this pool will sit our exciting oceanfront restaurant, sunset bar and a cave lounge, all cascading down to our Beach Club and jetty, which are to begin construction soon.

Another exciting update is the start of a unique architectural feature of Rock House: hand crafted walls of limestone which feature on the interior and exterior walls of all cottages. This important design aspect is being born with the aid of some of the Turks & Caicos’ most experienced craftsmen who have learned this unique craft over successive generations of stonemasons. Materials have been hand selected from our site, while each piece is tailored wrap around selected interior and exterior façades of the cottages, providing a rich and organic handcrafted feel.
