We could not be more excited to provide you with our latest update as we gear up for the Rock House construction start. Our design and development teams have been working around the clock with our contractor to prepare for the initial site works, which we anticipate commencing next month once we receive our final building permit from the TCI Government.

You will recall from our last update that Rock House is 82% SOLD/RESERVED in its Phase 1 units with only 6 units remaining in this offering. As we ramp up to our construction start, we have elected to implement a price increase on these remaining units.

Resort Studio, one unit remaining, $700,000

Two bedroom Ridge Cottages, two units remaining, $1,695,000

Two bedroom oceanfront Cottages, three units remaining, $1,995,000

Of course, for a limited time we are honoring earlier prices for those buyers who have already registered interest in the project. We encourage those who may have been considering Rock House to be in touch soon so that you may become a part of this amazing resort project.
