Spa at Rock House

Welcome to Spa at Rock House, where the island sets the pace. Whether you’re easing into a morning stretch by the water, sinking into a treatment inspired by the sea, or simply pausing to breathe, every experience feels made for that exact moment, because it was. Our focused menu of signature facials and massages draws on mineral-rich marine botanicals from OSEA and clean nail care from Manucurist Paris. Wellness events unfold across the villa, the nook, and the jetty, from guided hikes to sound baths under the stars, while private yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions take place on our white stone patio for quieter moments of stillness.

Step Inside

Spa at Rock House is tucked within the resort grounds, reached by a stone pathway lined with native greenery. The path opens onto a garden courtyard leading into the sun-kissed, tranquil welcome area. Whether you’re here for a manicure, a pedicure, or a full treatment, the relaxation starts from the moment you enter the space. A lounge area with complimentary refreshments anchors the space for pre- and post-treatment ease, opening out to a private pool terrace with sofa seating, and a sun lounger. Two double treatment rooms complete the space, each with its own changing area and bathroom.

Wellness at Rock House moves beyond the treatment room, unfolding across the villa, the nook, and the jetty, confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Rock House Morning Movement: Start the day grounded and energized with a guided hike, a contrast therapy session, and yoga.
  • Rock House Afternoon Adventure: A guided hike paired with a green juice refresher, a cold plunge reset, and a kayak on the water, finished with a light sip and snack.
  • Rock House Under the Stars: Complimentary, once a week, an evening of gentle yoga, sound bath, and stargazing, closing with a sleep tea.

Wellness, Wherever You Are

Available on a private basis, these sessions bring wellness to wherever you’re most comfortable.

  • Private Yoga: One-on-one sessions held wherever you’re most comfortable, your room, your villa, the jetty, or a quiet oceanfront nook.
  • Private Meditation: Guided sessions in the privacy of your room or villa, or outdoors on the jetty, in a nook, or beachside.
  • Sound Bath Healing: Complimentary evening sessions take place at the Spa pool, open to all guests. For a private session, a therapist comes to you, hosted at your own villa pool, or, for villas without one, in a secluded nook tucked away for a peaceful, calming setting.
